After a restful stopover where the slow life reigns, our road trip takes you to the gateway of the Château de Cheverny, which has remained in the same family for more than six centuries. Symmetrical and eminently balanced, Cheverny would be the first of what are considered French-style castles. Continue along until you arrive at the majestic Domaine National de Chambord, and then head back to Versailles.
